Rock Bottom for Housing Market?

The National Association of Realtors has confirmed what everybody in the real estate industry knew – the previous five year housing boom was busted in 2006. So the first question now is, has the housing market hit rock bottom? This question should then be followed by, If it has hit rock bottom, when will it start climbing again?
Realtors are divided on these questions with some saying that it is and will slowly start to recover, while others say it will slide a little more before turning around. Either way if you are thinking about selling your house in the future, when the market is recovering, it is never too early to have your property value appraised.
