The business of travel is notoriously cyclical. So when recession and terrorism in 2001 knocked it flat on its back, it was just a matter of time before it would come back. Travel in the U.S. has been resurgent for more than three years. However, there’s a difference in this particular rebound. From booking the trip to the cab ride home, technology has changed the travel experience.
