Microsoft brings business phones in line with modern technology

For most of us, Microsoft’s latest is more Buck Rogers than business as usual. Unified Communications, a new Microsoft software/hardware product announced last week, allows businesses to combine phone, e-mail, instant messaging and video conferencing.
