NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., BUSINESS WIRE — Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced today that its subsidiary Financial Systems Innovation LLC, has entered into a settlement agreement covering a patent that applies to credit card fraud protection technology with Sharper Image Corporation.
