ENGLEWOOD, Colo. ( Map ) – ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — The Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW ), today announced that it is transitioning its software distribution business to Arrow’s subsidiary, Alternative Technology, Inc. (ATI), creating a software business in excess of $1 billion .
