Maps Help Relive Vacations

I love the summertime. In fact, traveling the world is my favorite thing to do. When I can’t travel, I imagine that I am in a place that I’ve been to before. For this all I do is look over the photographs that I’ve taken and pull out the maps that I used while on a trip.
I want to go on another African safari. I can’t do that this year so I spent some time going over my maps of Africa. I looked at all of the countries that I visited and I examined my souvenirs from that trip.
I looked at the geographic maps and remembered mountains and rivers that I visited, which reminded me of my Asia maps. I loved strolling through villages in Japan. The sushi was the best that I’ve ever had.
While I might not be able to travel the world as often as I like, I can relive the experiences that I’ve had. And I’ll add more to my map collection after my next trip.
